I created this site to share my learnings, opinions and experiences on agile projects. I endeavor to keep its content updated but this can be hard with work and family commitments. I have been doing agile for a fair number of years and still there is so much to learn , grasp and enhance that it becomes an endless journey as you meander through organisations with different cultures, constraints and ways of doing work. It truly is a very exciting specialist area to be active in.

Graeme has been working in the IT industry since 1995 starting out in application support in the medical software industry. He was a software developer for 9 years and then moved to focus on the analysis and requirement side of IT product delivery. In the mid 2000′s he became very interested in agile delivery methods. Today he carries out the embedded coaching of agile delivery teams with a specialisation in agile business requirements. Graeme has worked in the consulting, finance, dotcom, utilities and healthcare sectors. His years of experience have been gained in South Africa, United Kingdom, Brunei and Australia.
