Here is an automated program reporting artifact at theme level, this was done on a 4 team scrum of scrums environment across 3 project streams, it took a bit of effort to collate all metrics, so it was automated

The Code (I used my generalist-specialist skills to automate the program reporting on a project, these metrics were used to populate a PMO Parking Lot Report, I wrote it in my favourite language Python. It had been a long time since I coded, it worked, a coding drought of years, perhaps stay away from Prod Servers :-)))
